Club Structure: IRCC, Inc., a private, debt free, Florida not-for-profit corporation owned by members, operated by a resident board of directors and administered by a general manager and a professional staff.
55+ Active Adult Community: Members comprise a very active, caring and friendly community. Twenty percent of members may be any age above 21 years.

Residency Requirements: Founded originally for former or serving Commissioned or Warrant Officers of any of the uniformed services including their Reserves, and National Guard counterparts; the US Coast Guard, the US Public Health Service; the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and surviving spouses. Membership has now expanded to a limited number of non-military who desire the lifestyle of this active community.
Maintenance Free Living: The monthly residential fee includes repairs or replacement services for exterior and selected interior portions of the homes including all appliances, a/c and heating systems, water heater, garage door openers/receivers, and roof upkeep or replacement. Other services provided include lawn care, tree and shrub trimming, irrigation systems & water, pest control, external wall preservation and cleaning along with pressure washing of driveways & sidewalks. All homes receive periodic preventive maintenance visits to maintain general home condition and to conduct environmental services such as A/C filter changes, refrigerator coil and dryer filter cleaning, and smoke detector testing.
Homes For Sale: The IRCC complex has over 770 single family homes with 16 different floor plans from 1000 to 3000 sq. ft., 2-4 bedrooms, 2-3 baths and 2-3 car garages. Of these, many homes have beautiful golf course views, and/or have lake views, and 104 are pool homes. Approximately 3-10 homes are available at any given time. These individually-owned homes are priced from $60,000 to $250,000. A limited number of lots are still available where you may build the home of your dreams.
