Nestled into gently rolling coastal terrain in the laid-back city of Vero Beach, Florida, this low-density gated golf community offers a selection of attractive homesites and quality single-family homes combined with first-class recreational amenities and a nationally acclaimed golf course that has been featured on ESPN, The Robb Report, Links Magazine and a host of other national venues.

Indian River Club is ideally situated close enough to the Atlantic Ocean to enjoy soft sea breezes, yet far enough to have the feel of a woodlands nature preserve, with traditionally styled homes designed to serve as personal sanctuaries within the framework of a rural, natural setting. Broad verandas, light-filled indoor/outdoor living rooms, shuttered windows and French-doors opening out to the park-like grounds are integral to the architectural design.

With 18 terrific holes of golf on the property and miles of magnificent Atlantic beaches nearby, Indian River Club is a perfect place to savor the simple pleasures of an Old Florida lifestyle, and the many attractions of the renowned Treasure Coast. Send me information now!

Club Structure
Indian River Club is a private, non-equity club. Membership is reserved on an optional basis for every property owner, with a choice of golf, sports and social memberships available.
Golf
Designed by Ron Garl, the beautiful 18-hole golf course winds through a scenic landscape encompassing pine woodlands, lush marshland, coastal sand dunes and majestic stands of mature oaks. An excellent drainage system keeps the course playable even after heavy rains, and extensive practice facilities provide ample opportunities to perfect your game. In February 1995, the course was designated an Audubon Signature Sanctuary by Audubon International, only the third in the world to receive this coveted status.
Clubhouse
The elegant Old Florida-style lakefront clubhouse features wide verandas, indoor and outdoor casual dining, a fully stocked pro shop, locker rooms, member card rooms and a private fitness center. Future plans call for the addition of a tennis club.
Recreation
Florida's Treasure Coast region is famous for its miles of wide, sandy beaches, with abundant opportunities for swimming, surfing, scuba diving and other ocean sports. The mild climate allows residents to enjoy a wide range of outdoor activities throughout the seasons.
Boating
Nearby marinas provide direct access to inland waterways and the Atlantic Ocean, with boat rentals and charter services available.
Fishing
Vero Beach is a convenient base for fishing year-round, from fly-fishing and surf casting to world-class deep sea fishing on the open Atlantic. Guide services and fishing charters are readily available in the area.
Swimming
The swim center located adjacent to the clubhouse features a large heated pool with a poolside pavilion.
Lodging
A four-bedroom country-style lodge located near the clubhouse provides comfortable accommodations for members' friends and visiting family members.
Health Care
Indian River Memorial Hospital located less than 10 miles from the development provides a full range of modern health care services, including 24-hour emergency care.
Area Attractions
Vero Beach is home to the exquisite McKee Botanical Gardens and a pair of fascinating treasure museums displaying objects salvaged from historic shipwrecks off the Florida coast. Orlando and Walt Disney World are about two hours away, and Miami and other South Florida attractions are close enough for easy weekend excursions.

"Paradise Found"

This place is a slice of paradise! As a resident of this community since 1999, I've seen this community grow and mature into the wonderful place it is today. A terrific golf coarse is foot steps away from your back yard. Can life get any better?

"The best of both worlds"

To call the beautiful seaside community of Vero Beach home is a treasure in itself, but to have our home located inside Indian River Club is the best of everything. A fabulous golf course, wonderful friends and neighbors, and the ocean a 10 minute drive away! All in the unhurried section of Florida known as the Treasure Coast.
