Purchasers of Tehama property will not acquire a proprietary interest in the Tehama Golf Course, Clubhouse or Fitness Center, which facilities are subject to membership dues, fees, rules and regulations. Use of the Tehama Golf Course and Clubhouse is at the pleasure of the owner of the facilities.
