	Terravita is a gated country club community located just south of Carefree, Arizona, about 45 minutes from downtown Phoenix in the desert foothills of North Scottsdale. The property encompasses 1,380 single-family homes in 23 neighborhoods, with an established 18-hole golf course, an Olympic-size swimming pool, tennis and fitness facilities, a full-service clubhouse and a community center hosting an active program of social events and recreational activities.
