Private Communities Registry (PrivateCommunities.com) offers quality master-planned communities an opportunity to be showcased on this site. However, we strictly adhere to the Criteria for Inclusion policy noted below in order to maintain the value of our services to the buying public

• Must be a reputable master-planned community in good standing and in compliance with local development regulations and requirements.



• Negative comments to Private Communities Registry by property owners will be just cause for non-acceptance or deletion of the community from PrivateCommunities.com



• Stateside communities must comply with the U.S. government’s Fair Housing Act



• If community requests a hyperlink to their existing Web site (Option B) the Web site must meet the PrivateCommunities.com’s standards of design and load times.



• The founders of PRIVATE COMMUNITIES REGISTRY/PrivateCommunities.com reserve the right to deny inclusion of a community, at their sole discretion, if the community is not deemed compatible with the communities showcased on the Web site. This decision will not be based on size or price range, but rather on reputation, quality of development & product, and benefit to the buying public.
